My stay at this resort spa was quite underwhelming. The room was in terrible shape with cleanliness issues and a lot of wear and tear. The location was the only redeeming quality, but the service was inconsistent and not very welcoming. Overall, it felt like a cheap experience that didn't align with what I expected from a resort spa.

The room was very dirty with cockroaches in the bathroom, cracked tiles, and holes in the doors. We had two single beds pushed together instead of a double, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The stunning view and great location near the beach were highlights, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, and the service left much to be desired. There were constant issues, and despite the beautiful setup, I didn't feel comfortable during my stay.

The resort has an unbeatable location right by the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. However, the rooms really let down the overall experience with cleanliness and maintenance issues, making it hard to relax. While the service was helpful, the accommodations felt run-down and outdated. At least the pool area is nice, but the value for the price paid doesn't quite meet expectations.

The stay was incredibly disappointing, starting with being misled about the accommodation and ending with filthy conditions. While the views from the higher floors were fantastic and the location was close to everything, the overall cleanliness and maintenance were lacking, making it hard to recommend. The staff were unhelpful, and I felt misled about the quality of the apartments. For the price paid, I expected much better.
